A: We only have an extra bed in the Junior Suite typology

A: We have with, prior notice and availability


Does the hotel have a wake-up service?

A: Yes, upon request at reception


Is it possible to send a package to the hotel?

A: Yes, we accept customer orders.


How do I get to the hotel by metro?

A: The closest station to the Hotel is: Restauradores (100 m)


How do I get to the hotel if I take the aerobus?

A: Nearest restauradores station (120 m)


Can I rent a car through the hotel?

A: Yes upon advance request with guest services


Where can I park my car?

A: The Hotel does not have a car park, however, there is a car parking (50 meters away / 3 minutes walking from the hotel) the cost is ± 24 euros for every 24H


Do you have a meeting room or a space to work?

A: We don't have a meeting room, the garden and restaurant are comfortable spaces to work.


Does the hotel have a gym?

A: We don't have a gym in the building, we can make appointments at the gyms close to the hotel and we have Yoga classes


Are pets allowed?

A: We do not accept pets


Is it possible to ask for an iron or pool towels?

A: Yes we do provide towels for the pool, and we can also provide iron and board in the room


Are there bathrobes in the rooms?

A: All rooms have bathrobes available


Does the hotel have a laundry service?

A: Yes the hotel has a laundry service


Does the hotel provide free wifi service?

A: Yes, it is possible to connect to WiFi anywhere in the building for free.


Is the pool water heated? What is the water temperature? What are the opening hours?

A: The pool is open every day from 8:00 am to 00:00 am, the pool is not heated the temperature depends on the external climatic elements


Does the hotel provide babysitting service?

A: Yes, the Hotel can subcontract this service upon request.


Is smoking allowed in the hotel? What is the policy regarding electronic cigarettes?

A: It is forbidden to smoke even electronic cigarettes inside this building


Does the hotel organize transfers?

A: The Hotel offers a transfer service through an external company upon prior request.

A: The typologies with balconies are terraces


What should I do if I forget something in the room or hotel?

A: We can arrange for items to be shipped to the guest's location.

A: The cold part is served in a hot buffet, they are served à la carte

A: The hotel has 24h whatsapp assistance


Does the hotel help with booking tours, restaurants, transport, etc...?

A: Welcome Team assists with all customer requirements


Does the Hotel have a business center for guests to use?

A: No, however, Welcome Team assists guests with requests for processing or printing documents.


What are the hours of the tattoo shop?

A: From Thursday to Tuesday


Does the hotel have room service?

A: Yes, 24 hours a day, during the day there is a €5 delivery fee
